Refund & Cancellation Policy - Chakra Sadhna

At Chakra Sadhna Private Limited, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies to ensure a positive experience for our clients. Please review the following refund and cancellation terms carefully:

   1. Consultations (Live Sessions & Reports)

• No Refunds will be issued once a consultation has been completed or a report has been delivered.
• Cancellations/Rescheduling:
  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will forfeit the consultation fee.

   2. Physical Products (Gemstones, Yantras, etc.)

• Returns:
  • Accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Photo proof of the damage is required within 48 hours of delivery.

 3. Digital Products (e.g., Downloadable Reports, E-books)

• All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, due to the nature of the content.

 4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
