  • All personalized PDF reports are delivered via email within 48 hours of confirmed payment.
• Live Sessions:
  • Links for Zoom, WhatsApp, or other scheduled sessions are shared at least 24 hours in advance.

   2. Physical Orders (Gemstones, Yantras, etc.)

• Dispatch Time:
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
• Shipping Partners:
  • We ship via reliable courier services such as India Post or DTDC.
• International Shipping:
  • Delivery time may range between 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Tracking:
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email and/or SMS for order monitoring.
